Complaint Review: Norman bevins

 Norman bevins ordered and toke procession of roof slate from our company at the time of delivery he ask for a two week time to pay for the material. Following a 3 week time he was called re payment at which time he stated that some of the material was defected and that he wanted credit we agreed to exchange any and all material that he felt was not good. Following several more weeks we called again re payment. He said he needed credit for approx 10 percent of the total amount delivered and if we did not issue the credit he would not pay for any of the material. He was ask the location of material so we could pick up as returned at which time he stated that he tru it away. we did issues a new invoice with credit of the amount he stated was defected in hope of resolving this and not taking a total loss. It is now 6 months and we have still not received payment in full. We have viewed the project he used this martial for and believed he used this material that was defected. Through all this time he has not returned calls or makes any effort resolve
