Complaint Review: Norman D. Brockenshire

Norman  D. Brockenshire of Batavia NY, has been scamming people out of money for many years now, claiming to be a contractor and or cabinet builder. He has different business names, the one he was using when I hired him was All Around Home Renovations. He also had a trucking company called NDB enterprises. After scamming money out of me, then not completing the work, doing a job that has to be redone, I went to a lawyer who also felt sorry for him he is good at the sob stories, I have heard them for over a year now. After being on  on YNN news with the story, and the building inspector, a witness came forward who lost double what I did. See link below, concerning my story.

He also claims to be a historian, author, archeologist, professional truth seeker...........In searching and with an anonymous tip he scammed people in is own church, 5. He is no longer able to solicit there.

If you proceed with a civil suit he claims to have no money and even gets the lawyers to feel sorry for him, currently have another lawyer. He has transferred his assets to family members, apartment complex, etc. Now recently I have found he has a 501 c 3 claiming to be a non profit organization for donations for his book and research, "Lost Mounds of Western NY". He claims to have this account set up for the donators it is under NewYorkMounds.org. I believe that is where the lost monies are he stole from us.
