Complaint Review: North America Transfer

North America Transfer Charge twice as much,half of the money before and half of the money cash,they lost several valuable stuff,the manager is very rude and she doesn't give any imformation about my missing stuff,she was supposed to e-mail me the claim form,she never did,I called her several times because Idid not get any e-mail she said that she tried and she is veri buisy to do it again and she hung up the phone. I used the services of this moving company 7/7/2009,they did not get on time they got a day after,when they arrived one of the movers told me that it was required pay th efirst half of the money,they charged twicw as much of the estimate that I got,ok I paid the first half plus a 15% that was requied to save the truck,anyway Anthony from the custumer service told me that can take up to 7 days to get my stuff in CA.Friday the 24th the truck arrived after 20 days,the mover asked for the other half in cash before he can give me my things,I said ok I paid the other half,they broke the leg of one TV an more that half of my stuff is missing,very valuable,I tried to contact the office and after several times finally a contact the office manager,she was very rude when i told her what was going on she said that she can not do anything without the claimform,I told her if she can E-mail me that form she said ok,after an hour I called back she said that she tried four times to E-mail me the claim form but since she is very buisy she wont do it again and she hung up the phone,she gave me the impresion that she doesn't care.
