Complaint Review: North America Transfer

I contacted North America Transfer to do a move from Virgina to California. The movers where a Day late which resulted in me missing my orginal flight. When the movers arrived hours after they were suppose to get there the next day. I had to leave before they finished packing all of my stuff. They said when they arrived that I had more items then listed. I was charged $150 for stair fees that was suppose to be wavied per the Agent that booked my moving trip. I had to sign papers that were not completley filled out. The movers told me that someone would contact me. This never happened I kept calling leaving messages. When I finally received a call back. I owed $2, 300 more from the orginal binding price of $1,300. I was in total shock.

I was told that I had went over my sq feet, if I wanted my belongs I would have to pay in cash or money order the remaining balance. I had items stole, broken and damaged. I had to go and meet the movers who delivered my items because they were lost. In total I paid them $3000 for a move that should have ONLY cost me $1,300.

I would like to start a class action lawsuit please contact me.
