North American Awards Center John WInstead Cash award $21,000.oo pending $9.00 registration fee, did not send North Kansas CIty, MO MO.
I got an official notification from North American Awards Center stating that I was in the running to recieve a $21,000.00 cash prize. In order for me to be registered to win I had to send $9.00 for registeration fee. Mr John Winstead signed the letter. I have not and do not intend to send $9.00. I have the letter's sent to me if you want them.
