NORTH AMERICAN BANCARD 3 YEAR AGREEMENTS IS A SCAM, SALES PERSON LIES, TROY, Michigan

2010 I  opened three small business credit card processing account with North American bancard company. All my three small business is temporary basis ( store front). I don't have any permanent store. I rent  a small cart in the mall month to month. There is no guarantee for this kind of location and i work individual. I already have a credit card processing service with different company for one location. North American bancard sales person called me and discussed all my situation before i singed any paper work with him.

I explained him, all my business location is temporary, there is no guarantee for this business, therefore i don't want to sign for long term credit card processing  service. He sent/ emailed me some application and told me to sign electronically. I read one of the application and found there is a three year agreement and  early cancellation fees is 295.00 dollars. I immediately emailed him and told him i don't want to sign for any long term agreement. The sales person called me back( mr. john clancey) and told me i can sign the agreement, there will be no cancellation fee.

I have closed one of my business january 2011 ( started nov2010) I only stayed at this business for several months Couple months ago I called nabancard to close my account, i told them my business has I was shocked, when they told me i have a three year contract on this account and there is 484.00 dollars early cancellation fees. I tried to explain them, my business has closed, the customer service told me, we can't do anything since i have signed the agreement. This was a scam, fraud, the salesperson lied to me, I trusted him and did not read every single line of the agreements. ( may be there was some fine print) later on i called and tried to closed all my three accounts with them, i found two of my merchant accounts have three year agreement.

I have to pay 484.00 dollars if i want to cancel them. They are still debiting my bank account ( which business was closed in january 2010 . It's a shame. I signed the cancellation form and return their terminals. I have requested them to wave the cancellation fees but the customer service told me, only the sales person can fix it . I called the sales person, guess  what, He doesn't work for this company anymore I left a message to the other person and i never got any call back from them. I have learned my heard lesson. Please don't trust sales person's mouth, read before you sign any application.

I believe this company rip me off. I am going to file a report with better business if they charge me cancellation fees. I still have another account active with them, I found this account also have a three year agreement.( I was not acknowledged) The sales person screwed me so good no i can't get out. Be careful with this company. DON'T TAKE THEIR SERVICE.they are blackmailer. I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I like to thanks mr. scott who called me and assured me that there will no cancellation fee if i close any of my accounts. Great customer service by scott ( research analyst).Looking forward to doing business with NABANCARD.
