North American commerce or American west commerce The promise to help me get the funding to start my own business I went through the whole process gave them $2,000 and they kept telling me my funding will be in my account the next day why after 2 weeks they apologized to me told me they're building caught on fire then they told me once I get the computers up and running they will send my money through then about 4 Weeks Later they said the computers went down I finally got them to tell me that they closed the business they never gave me my money back they told me I was beat because they filed bankruptcy. Okay where do I begin I call this number up I hold of this guy named James Hyatt I told him I was trying to start a business he asked me what kind of business so I told him and he said he can help me so he asked me to send $500 up front and he get started on the work to help me get a loan or thin he called me back and told me he get me $300,000
I said that will work so he sent me some online paperwork to fill out I filled it all out and he said I need to fill out this paperwork for what they call a duns number we done that and they gave me my number then he told me my money be in the account the next day as long as I send them $2,000 so I was dumb and I sent $2,000 he sent me a message and email and said they had caught on fire and their computers are down so it's going to be a few before they be able to send my file through to give me my loan
well I waited about a month and he called me back and said okay we are up and running again I said that's good let's get this finished then he said I can have the money in your account by tomorrow so the next day comes around he sent me a message saying he try to get ahold of me the his computers are down again all he kept telling me you have it by the next day for about 4 weeks in a row v week he told me that he had filed bankruptcy and not send me my money back that he was sorry his phones and email will be shut down tomorrow
so I pretty much got screwed over so do not use American West Commerce in Utah James Hyatt also owned a loan company that if you Google which is also shut down it is cold Capital Finance Incorporation so please be smarter than me really look into it before you send him any money they got $2,500 from me and I know I never see it but I know if I die before James Hyatt I will haunt him
