North American Diesel Industries, Turlock, CA Non-Responsive to Complaints Regarding Engine Re-manufacturing, Workmanship Issues, QuestionableQuality Replacement Parts, Refusal to Provide Paparework on Receipts for Parts Turlock, CA California
Dozens of telephone calls to owner of North American Diesel Industries in Turlock, Ca, Wilson Kedry. I have experienced hang-ups and alleged "I am losing the connection." then hang-ups. I have attempted to resolve the issues regarding repairs to my commercial truck many times without any successful response or attempt to mediate the issues.
I have attempted by physical contact at the owner's shop and many, many telephone contacts made in an effort to resolve repair issues regarding North American Deisel's re-manufacture of my engine. The only response I have received, since February, 2013 and as of the daqte of the filing of this report, August 13, 2013 is "you [me] should take my truck to another repair operation."
In prior "RipOff Reports" it has been noted that this business may not have appropriate licenses and surely has no BBB rating other than reportage of some 10 compliants within the past tweleve months, 8 of which involve Commercial Truck Repairs. I recommend all use extreme caution if not complete avoidance of this Commerical Truck Repair operation!!
