North American Loan Network Committed Federal Fraud by blatantly misrepresenting a nationwide home based business. Phoenix Arizona
We were contacted by Keith Werner from North American Loan Network promising us that if we invested 8,500 they would build a world class website for us and that after 6 months we would have doubled or trippled our investment. We at first accepted their offer and then after thinking it over called them the next day and cancelled our credt card charges. They then came back to us with the same offer for a bargain price of $4500.00 for a year and a guarantee that after 6 months if we didn't tripple our investment we would not have to pay for advertising for the next 6 months.
After a couple of months we suddenly could no longer contact Mr. Werner and were forced to deal with customer service representative Jeremy Bebout. He claimed he was able to answer all of our questions and solve our problems without anyone else being involved.
After four months Jeremy informed us that we could actually see 8 months go by before we could see any profits from this website. It has now been 6 months and we have realized less than $200.00 profits. We can no longer find Mr. Werner and even registered signature required letters are not responded to.
Given the obvious intentional avoidance of our and other inquiries, it can only be presumed that Mr. Werner and North American Loan Network is intending to defraud its investors. Considering that this is an interstate operation, that constitutes federal fraud and is subject to federal prosecution unless meanful and prompt actions are taken by Mr. Werner to resolve these issues or refund all monies invested.
If anyone else has been defrauded in this manner by this company, please contact us we would be extremely interested in persuing the possibilities of a class action suit against Mr. Keith Werner and North American Loan Network.
