This company, NorthAm Loans, North American Loan Network, or NAL has misrepresented itself to me for $4900.00. I am currently in a quest to see if my request for refund can be accommodated thru honesty rather than a slam on the WWW. My current request now spans three days since initial and I was told today the mail server story.

I re-sent the request 12 hours ago. No reply yet. Has any one else dealt with this entity yet? I normally research BBB, ROR, and a general WWW search before even talking to any one, could not find anything negative or thinking back on it, anything positive.
Step 1. Request Refund
Step 2. Dispute Charges to Bankcard
Step 3. File RipOffReport
Step 4.

Will update Soon

I don't know how I got all wrapped up in NorthAm Loans Quick Sweet talk. They gave me good support until they received my full payment. Then everything stopped. I cancelled with them and they continued to charge my credit card. I have been dealing with this from June of 2007. My credit card will not let me dispute the amount. They suggested I talk to NorthAm Loans. I get no response.
I had contacted BBB of Arizona and they dropped the case because they did not get a response from the company. This is their response to me

Hello Terry,
BBB is not a government or legal agency and cannot make a company respond. You may wish to contact the Attorney General's office, or file a dispute with your credit card company, or seek legal advice.

I will take their advise and continue. Probably costing me more money.

My advise to anyone who has had dealings with this company - Make sure you read everything, have someone else read it for a different prospective. They cause the contract to go over the guaranteed 30 day refund by not answering my phone calls and emails.

This may be a great deal for some, but not me.

I originally filed this report against NorthAmLoan Network because I felt I was sold and charged for a product without fully having a grasp of what I was sold. I have been in close contact with this company [Jon] and now feel they have worked with me and we have agreed to a fair and equitable settlement of my disputes. I have no hard feeling against company and fully intend to continue doing business with them in the future.
Some advice I would give to prospects and abide by for myself in the future is:
1. Always, listen carefully to any dealing you may be inclined to take part in anywhere.
2. Always read an entire contract and be sure that, what is contained is in fact what you are interested in doing, and question what you understood verbally against what is in fact written.
3. Only, release your payment information AFTER you read, understand, and agree with the terms contained.
4. With this said I agree I have learned a valuable lesson and wish that when I did not get a quick, able response I originally requested, I had elevated the problem within the company, I feel NAL would have been worked with and taken care of all my concerns.

On 9/25/06 Richard purchased a mortgage lead generation website from North American Loan Network for $395.00. Richard's purchase included a fully functional 1-page lead generation website template, and use of a domain name of his choosing. Additionally, Richard was informed that he would be charged $9.95 per month for website hosting. He agreed to all charges. His domain name was purchased on 10/09/06, and his website was made live on the internet on 10/09/06.

On 10/06/06 Richard purchased additional optional site enhancement services for a total of $4,500.00. His purchase included the following:
1. A statistical reporting package which allows Mr. Wood to track and analyze the response to, and efficiency of, any advertising he may direct to his website;
2. A 3-page website template which includes a lead generation form, a 190+ term mortgage glossary, and a set of Mortgage calculators with full amortization functions.;
3. 5 Live 1-hour conference calls with Mortgage industry experts;
4. Free Marketing software download;
5. A Lead Generation Auto Responder that allows visitors to his website to request more information and then complete the form.
6. Keywords and a description added to his website Metatags;
7. 5,000 Guaranteed Visitors sent to his domain name over a 1-year period to increase website popularity and ranking.

A 21-page document was sent to Richard informing him of how to access his website, how the program works in detail, and how to access his lead/commission tracking back office using a username/password combination we supplied to him.

Richard has had full use of and gained benefit from his website. We have fulfilled and will continue to fulfill all services. His website has been hosted on our servers for almost 2 months, his traffic campaign has been running for over a month, and he has earned commissions. Richard also scheduled 2 separate conference calls for 11/2/06 & 11/17/06. He did not attend either, but did not call to cancel. We have been in constant communication with Richard, even making changes to his website form per his requests at no additional charge.

In addition to this complaint, Richard has intitiated 3 seperate chargebacks for $395, $9.95, and $4500. He has also contacted the BBB. We have responded to all complaints/chargebacks received. It is our position that this complaint is unfounded and we ask that it be removed from our rip-offreport.com record.
