Complaint Review: North American Maintenance

North American Maintenance Endless Excuses, Week after Week, for SIX Months, of why they haven't paid my bill for Approved Work we completed. Safety Harbor Florida

Never ANY question about quality of work performed.  Excuses of paperwork missing, (We provided emails proving it was sent properly, but sent paperwork again), then on Jan. 7, 2022 they confirmed all paperwork is 'Confirmed Correct' and "Check will be mailed the following week". 

Over two weeks later on Jan. 24, 2022, Jessica in Accounting stated "Check will be mailed today".  

Over a week later on Feb. 4, 2022, Jessica in Accounting stated that check was not mailed 'for unknown reasons' and that she would "Personally put a stamp on it and mail it today".  

Over two weeks later on Feb. 22 thru Feb 24 calls and messages went unreturned.  Megan in Accounting said Check #21336 had been mailed to proper address on Feb. 4, 2022, and it is "Unknown why I didn't receive the check, but would attempt to obtain Credit Card Payment Approval and call back tomorrow."  

It is now Feb. 24, 2022 and even if we ever do get paid, vendors & contractors should be aware that if this company isn't dishonest, they are at least very incompetent.  Will never do business with again.
