North american movers are horribble been a total nightmare dealing with them they were late by over a day to pick up all of our stuff, then they showed up at 11oclock at night to load our stuff they were very load and inconsiderate of our neighbors they did not finish till 1:30am not all of our stuf would fit in there over packed truck so we had to leave stuff behind, there truck broke down infront of our place had to call a tow truck to jump start it. then it has been more than two weeks and our stuff has not been deliverd i call them everyday and always get a different story or they say they will call back and never do now it is that there truck is broke down again and we wont get our stuff till after christmas wich all of our kids presents are in there so now the kids will be with out there stuff i would not recomend this company to anybody. every time i call they are rude and dont care that we are doing with out our stuff. I tried to recieve a discount since they were so late in pick up of our stuff and still have not recived my stuff after over two weeks when they said i would get my stuff in three days , i explaind to them that i have had to take extra time off work pay an extra day rent kids are with out there stuff and christmas presents ect. here is a copy of there reply

I have talk to my general manager regarding a discount and unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
We understand your frustration and we apologize for the delay but there is nothing we can do.

I was wondering if you had a chance to talk to your general manger about this issue. I really only think it is far to receive some kind of of discount because this has caused us a lot of problems with our delivery being so late.

North American Movers,

With everything that has gone wrong with this move starting from showing up late and not getting done till 1:30am the next day, not everything fitting in the truck had to leave behind hockey table kids toys ect, to not getting or stuff yet which is creating a big hassle because we do not have our cloths furniture and most importantly all of our christmas presents for our kids and family or in the truck. I really think it would be only far that we receive some kind of discount on the move. instead of .40 cents on the additional weight i think .20 would be far to both of us. please contact me
