North American Promotions Program Rip-off, sends you a check saying you won money and to deposit the money into account. I don't know if the check is real . Ottawa Ontario Canada
I received a letter a few days ago from Super Win Universal Gaming, saying I won money in a sweepstakes I don't remember entering, but I do that often. and I had to claim within a few days. They sent a check to be cashed into my account, The check looked very real, and it stated on the letter it would take 24 to 48 hours to clear.
I then had to call the representative who then told me, to take all the money out of the account, and moneygram everything to a woman in N.Y., The woman would then give me a confirmation # in which I had to declare the money.
The letter also said the amount of money was already deducted from my winnings and it was to facilitate the payment of the fees such as taxes, clearence fees and accounting. The fees are to be paid before you receive your huge lump sum.
The name at the end of the letter is Mr. Eric Jones- Director of Promotions
