Complaint Review: North American Readers Chioce

My name is michelle gonzalez. im from ealge pass texas and i would like to file a report. i recieved a phone call around 9:30 in the morning. this company north american readers choice from el paso texas called trying to collect my personal information referring about my debit card. i had a debit card lost and i recieved a new debit card. i have not yet given out my new debit card identification and they told me they recieve any changes made referring  about the account. i never knew i had subscribed into a contract that is 5 years paying them 39.99 each month. i was told that our conversation is being recoreded for a following legal reasons. but why does it restart again the recording to say no on a renewal. i told them i would like to cancel the subscription. i have not yet recieved no magazines what so ever. this company is a scam. i do not know why they want to know my occupation. please help me cancel my subription. i do not want to be charge that sum of 1000 or over dollars i do not know i owe.
