I switched over to this phone company thinking I could save money. I was put on a $50/month plan, then switched to a $25 plan, which put me in a $.05/min. plan. Totally different from what I signed up for.

I have tried to stick with it and Customer Service said they would gladly send me a check for $50 in credit and give me 100 free minutes to boot if I stuck with them. I have waited for 19 days and still haven't received the credit.

The "free" minutes must be on a "speed timer". In 51 minutes, which I timed, I used up my 100 minutes!

I have called several times, explaining the whole thing over and again to different people who answered the call. For each call I made, they assured me the problem had been resolved. When I got the next bill, nothing had been done.

I have wasted much of my time trying to get this resolved. I find this company to be very lacking in integrity, as well as compassion for their employees whom they have lying to deceive the customers. It seems to me this behavior should be against the law. Perhaps they need to be investigated by the FCC as well as the FBI and the IRS.
