I have had this account for several years and have been happy with them until I added an 800 number to my line.

I got it so my daughters wouldn't call me collect any more. They got it all screwed up and every call I received from anyone I was getting charged .10 cents per minute. And every call I made out of my home I was being charged .10 cents per min.

I tried to explain to them what was happening and they said that the bill was correct and that was that.

They ended up charging me $195.60 for one month. And I haven't received the final billing yet.

I also closed this account out.

They also took it out of my checking account. My banking institutian can not reverse it like a credit card.

This is a warning. If you us NATN don't use a Debit Card.
