mMy son contracted North American Van lines to move him across the country. Among his possessions was a grand Petrof piano. When the articles arrive in Virgina the unloading began.

The piano was the last item to be off lifted from the van. The North American driver placed it right in the parking lot, uncovered while waiting for the third party piano movers.

The third party movers were very late and I asked for the piano to be taken back to the warehouse. The driver left to do another drop off someplace else in Virgina. It started to rain on the piano. I called the driver on his cell phone and he told me to cover it with blankets.

Eventually another driver from NAVL came to deliver the piano back to the warehouse.

I told the main office that the driver left the piano uncovered in the parking lot and it was soaked with rain.

They told me they were sorry it happened but all expensed incurred to deliver the piano back to my son's residence would be at his expense.
