We provided a service which we were supposed to get paid $1500 for providing a shipping service and never got paid- Deb Collins agreed to pay us and after trying to collect from her customer she tells us she doesn't want to pay anymore. We are going to go collect from her in small claims but she is a liar.. she lied to her customer and got us in the middle of it and blamed everything on us. She is not a person to do business with I would stay as far away from this company as possible

Jason, who works for a freight company, promised (in writing) to deliver equipment to the customer within 72 hours of our constractual agreement for 900.  He failed to comply with the terms of his agreement and it took 2 weeks to have this equipment shipped to the client. This resulted in the client not having access to equipment he now owned (purchased from me) and a negative experience with an otherwise very happy client. Fortunately I have not lost this client as I worked diligently to resolve this freight issue but in the end, Jason< wanted to charge me a total of 1200. (not 1500 as stated) to deliver equipment it took 2 weeks to handle when my quote was 900 for 72 hours. Jason then wrote this complaint aout my company in an attempt to retaliate when I complied with my end of the deal.  If a freight company cannot keep their committment they shouldnt make them in writing - or any other way, frankly.  Thanks, Deb Collins
