After signing up with this company we noticed that this company had very poor customer service and commmunication.  The sales staff was excellent and very smooth almost deceptive in getting your busienss.  The issue we have is on 2/28/14 they charged us $895 for equipment loss.  Immediately we contact the company on 3/3/14 and the customer service had no clue what the charge was for.  We had to call back the next day to speak to a different representative.  They advised since we had no activity on our account since November they considered the equipment loss and they charged us $895

No communication with us...emal...phone call...letter...they just deducted the money from our account causing problems on our end.  North American Bancard advsied they will refund the money with in 7 days!  This is unacceptable because the equipment was never lossed.  So i quess if you decide to use this poor company and have to close down for vacation on remodeling or any reason they will consider your equipment loss and charge you $895 for an outdated T100 credit card machine.  Stay away from this company!!!
