North Austin Taxi Services, LLC Overcharged for Taxi Service Round Rock, Texas
The taxi driver (Shannon) arrived on time to transport me to the airport. I failed to check the meter before we started the trip to the airport. When I checked the meter a couple of miles down the road, it already read $20. By the time I arrived at the airport, the driver charged me $101 (including tip). I took a Yellow Cab home from the airport following the exact same route and the total charge was $63.30 (including tip). This company ripped me off and refused to provide any refund. When I complained to the main office, the dispatcher told me the owner does not care about his customer's satisfaction.
