after a month with rct / sunline trucking out of las vegas nevada and a shop in new jersey i have bad news to tell you ....the company hires many people every week and i saw 4 drivers leave quiting the first day at the las vegas office..1st big problemis your a 1099 employee ...period 2nd your working on docks and unloading trucks and trailers with out insurance or workers comp....3rd you will be cross docking some times normaly on a friday night after driving all day you will be asked to cross dock load or loads to different trailers ...the problem is IKEA dosent know all this but the shop for working on trucks is used as a cross docking location and it is not a colled dock meaning the frozen foods and cooled foods etc are getting hot siting in a 90 degree shop...your food that many people will be eating in just a few days is out in the open shop in newjersey...and the biggest problem is also you wont get paid for your time spent cross docking at all.....4th you also have to shuttle trailers daily on friday if not working on something else back and forth to philly pa 3 trips about 200 miles at get this 42 cents per mile.as a city driver wow..wow ......your made to be a city driver because it is cheaper for them to use ( make ) you do it .........5th you will spend days to make the deliverys for them IKEA only lets them drop at certian times and locations take this las one in orlando day one then wait over night to go 80 miles to next stop 7 am the next day wow a wopping 80 miles you drive in 1 day.....

then if you need a load to get you to new jersey it is anything goes with them you may move trees to who know what and get this no docking time ever so plan on spending at least 2 hours to load or un lod but in my last load ordeal 6 hours to get loaded then 24 hours to get un loaded might have made good money but the dispatchers at sunline are stupid period and canot keep you running they say all the time keep that truck moving but what it means is keep it running even if you need repairs .....we were cleared by the ownr or prez pedro to get tires after waiting a week to get to jersey i was going to get the trires with the shop tech and the dispatcher said stop you cant go get tires i have to approve it ....more b.s. of course .....well got the tires any way ............and then through in the com data card problems there credit limit is so low about once a week or more they cant fuel the trucks  and then the big problem the truck are being repaired and re built from wrecks yes wrecked truckes are being re painted and body shop work done in newjersey.............they have a fleet of junk and i dont say that lightly.............we had a trailer on day coast to coast with no trailer brakes at all you could hold down the trolley brake and not stop anything not even slow down............and again and again the drivers dont speak english let alone read it ...............thsi company is the biggest joke i have every had the miss placed time to spend at ............the pay is 34 cents per mile ( movers miles ) of course and the city driver stuff is 42 cents per mile again movers miles they want everything in zip codes not jsut for dot but to pay you by.............and if you get hurt see you .....no workes comp no insurance at all ........IKEA has it written into the trucking companys contract that the drivers have to unload the trailers period.....
