Complaint Review: North Carolina Direct Furniture Gallery

I purchased bedroom furniture back on 8/2/04. As of today 10/27/04 (ALMOST 3 MONTHS LATER)they are unable to receive the furnitire from their manufacturer and are unwilling to refund me my deposit if $377.66.

For weeks now, I have been receiving the run-around from the sole sales person who actually laughed at me when the subject of a refund came-up.

There are many reputable furniture stores around, I just happen to be one of the unlucky ones who made the wrong turn into North Carolina Direct Furniture Gallery.
