Ordered a couch on 7/27/06 for ~$4000. Paid 1/2 as a deposit. Promised delivery in 2-3 months.

3 months later, no couch. Seller claims manufacture is delayed because fabric not available and would take 4-6 weeks longer. 6 weeks later, still no couch. Seller claims manufacturer not able to get fabric at all. Finally they agreed to canceled order on 12/14/06 and to provide refund. 1/11/06 still no refund.

Seller will not talk to me on the phone, always busy, on the other line, not my job, etc. But if I call saying I'm John Smith wanting to place an order, I get through right away. Neil, Robin and Sarah are dishonest and liars.

Very bad customer service, very bad business practices. Do not trust these people.
