I BOUGHT A CADILLAC CTS 2006 WITH THEM HAD IT NOT EVEN THREE YEARS AND MY TRANSMISSION BLEW AND THEY REALLY ASKED ME FOR REPAIR FOR A RADIATOR THEN  THE NEXT DAY THEY CALL ME AND SAY MY TRANSMISSION BLEW THEY WOULD NOT WORK WITH ME SAYING I HAVE NO WARRANTY ....THEY ALSO LIED AND TOLD ME THEY HAVE NO TOWING SERVICE ONCE MY CAR BROKE DOWN ON THE FREEWAY ....THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I PAY FOR THE TOWING THEY WILL TAKE AWAY FROM MY CHARGES TO FIX RADIATOR THEN WHEN I GOT IT TOWED THE MANAGER ERIC SAY HE DONT KNOW WHAT IM TALKING ABOUT AND WHO TOLD ME THAT .....WHEN I GO UP THERE TO GET MY THINGS OUT MY CAR THEIR JUST LOOKING AT ME DUMB LIKE THEY DONT KNOW WHERE MY KEYS ARE I REALLY LOVE THAT CAR BUT THEY WOULDNT HELP ME IN KNOW WAY .....

 All I see is someone who had a vehicle and drove it THEMSELVES for 3 years, then the transmission blows? That is ALL on you. Its your responsability to ensure your cars maintence is kept up. Trannys just dont "Blow" unless there is poor maintnence. If thats the case, WHY WOULD YOU EXPECT THEM TO WORK WITH YOU!!! YOU HAVE HAD THE CAR FOR 3 YEARS. NO WARRENTY!!

YOU WERE TO MAINTAIN IT!

AFTER 3 YEARS OF YOU PUTTING WEAR AND TEAR ON THE CAR YOU EXPECT THEM TO WHAT WORK FOR FREE??

Really, put yourself in that businesses shoes. WOULD YOU SHELL OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS FOR SOMEONE?? Its neither their fault your transmission blew, nor is it their responsability to replace it. Im 100% sure the tranny was fine when you purchased it. They had no way to know that your tranny was going to blow 3 years after you purchased it. Its unrealistic to expect that they could see3 YEARS down the road. Its also unrealistic to expect them to do ANYTHING for you.
