North Coast Auto Mall TRUSTED BUSINESS REVIEW: North Coast Auto Mallâs executive team, employees dedicated to 100% customer satisfaction. North Coast Auto Mall's approach to business focused on providing highest customer satisfaction in industry.
We bought a used 2009 Toyota Camry from NCAM and John said that all they had done was paint the rear bumper to cover some scratches. When we got the car, it had been rode hard and put away wet. First the battery was dead and needed replacement. The right rear wheel was bent, BOTH bumpers had been torn from their supports, there was damage to the front undercarriage (bent, possible from pulling the car out of the snow or ditch), the brake rotors are so pitted they need to be replaced and the entire undercarriage is rusted. In calling the manager, Gary, he was entirely unhelpful. Outside of offering a discount on a brake job (as if I would let them work on any car of mine), he did absolutely nothing but tolk down to me.
I know all about buying a car unseen, but some honesty is expected from the company you do business with. If you expect that when you buy a car, do NOT go to these people, htey will sell you down the river.

- They told you that the only thing that THEY did was to paint the rear bumper. It sure sounds like they were honest about that based on the rest of your report.
Also, if you "know" about buying a car unseen why are you shocked about the results?

"John said that all they had done was paint the rear bumper to cover some scratches"
They didn't claim that they had replaced the battery, repaired the wheel, fixed the bumpers or replaced the rotors.
"some honesty is expected"
You didn't tell us what they were dishonest about.
