North Dort Transmission Clinic I had Transmission rebuilt on 5/19/16 and on may 9thof 2017 my trans started slipping in 3rd and 4th gear, he didn't honer warranty!! Flint Michigan
On may 19th 2016 I had my transmission rebuilt at North Dort Transmission Clinic, I paid 1450.00 for service, my truck ran fine untill May 9th,2017, I took my truck back with the receipt and the owner stated that he would not honer the warranty because I did not take it back for a 200 mile check up, understandable, so he wanted to charge me another 750.00 to repair, it was slipping between 3rd and 4th gear. So I was told to take it to another Transmission shop, so I took to a reputable shop they tore down the transmission and 3-4 clutch pack was burnt and the transmission had original torque converter in it!! What a rip-off!! I had to pay 1300.00 to have the work done, but well worth it!! I would not ever recommend North Dort Transmission Clinic to anyone!!
