Complaint Review: Northwest Glass Art AKA Chunkyglasspipes.com

I ordered a product from this company on 2/25/08. After taking 5 days to ship the product, i have yet to receive it. I have attempted to contact northwestglassart over 25 via phone and email with no response.

This company has horrible "customer service" if any at all.

If my product is not received soon, or I am not contacted by you I am going to take action in order to stop this stupid ripping off of people from happening again. If anyone else has been a victim of this recently please let me know how your order turned out.
