Complaint Review: NORTH POINTE MOTORS

Dealt with their so-called manager (Lisa) at their Kalkaska location. She needs to be avoided at all costs.

 A deal was made on one of their used cars..it needed some cosmetic work. So, Lisa (The garbage manager) said she would have the repairs done in a few days and the deal could close in 3 days. I called 2 days later and Lisa (the enept manager, she is the 3rd one in two years) said "Oh, the car had engine trouble and was sent to the shop for repair...just choose something else"

If i had not called we would have made the drive (30 minutes) to hear that piece of S**T manager make up her excuse in person. There was NO other choice...she said look at the website (http://www.northpointemotors.com) and find something else. When we did that and called her she would say .."Oh, that car isnt available", "choose something else"..we did that five times and finally being the piece of S**T that she is was told that they dont update their website often enough.

When I asked why she would send me there...she just muttered something about she was new in the job and understood why the other managers left.....North Pointe Motors does provide comedy relief if you watch their TV commercials where they go down to the shelter and film people saying "How north pointe has helped them"..WTF?
