I spent $1000.00 and paid my balance in full. They came out and filmed as they should have. It has now been over a year and I have been emailing, faxing, and calling profusely to get my money or my product.
Ryan is being evasive and dishonest and someone needs to make known his poor business practices. Please take heed and don't fall into the same situation that I did.
Paying Customers deserve to be treated with respect. I have filing this case in small claims court and will update the results at a later time.

I read this report and could not find any emails from a bride named Rebecca or any name similar in the last 4 years. Their has been no lawsuits filed against us EVER in the 18 years I have been in business, so I do not know what she is talking about small claims cort. I looked at the names for every wedding dated Sept 2006 thought Dec 2007 and their are no brides named Rebecca or anything similar. So that proves to me this person is lying and maybe a competitor posting something false. As all my clients of the time know, we were shut down for a year after Katrina and the fire 2 years afterwards. But this person does not mention it, so I doubt they were a client in 2007-2008 since only my clients knew this. I did not have a single wedding video between Sept 2006-Dec 2007 where the bride was named Rebecca.
