Complaint Review: North Shore Agency INC

Ok, I'm only 16 years old, 15 when these letters started coming in. The only thing that I know about the company that I owe the money to is RE: Playstation. Can you please tell me why I can't see anywhere on this letter about the company I owe money to. This is exactly what it says.

"RE: PLAYSTATION

Amount Due: $12.00
Term: 12 Issues"

And why would I make my check payable to, and I quote,"North Shore Agency". I think I would feal safer making my check payable to this so called "PLAYSTATION" company.

Ok, with the "12 Issues", this seems to be a magazine, but the only magazine that is an Official Playstation Magazine, is just that. And their bills are around $45.00. So I don't know what this bill is of.

And last, what does this mean.
"Parents may not have any legal obligations for their children's pruchases. If you have any questions about your obligation to pay this bill, we suggest you seek legal advice."

I just hope someone can do something about this company because I've read similar reports like mine.
