Never ordered "Prevention Magazine", but received a collection notice today from North Shore Agency for $16.96. It says I received 2 copies and a thank you gift, which I did not.

The only thing I can think of was a friend asked me to vote for her child in an on-line baby contest a couple of months ago where a bunch of ads and free offers kept popping up, but I didn't sign up for anything. They can kiss my rear!
