Complaint Review: North Shore Agency Inc

I had a subscription with this company Creative Girls Club. I returned a couple of the monthly mailed kits back in November. I replied to the company that they had been returned, but they kept sending bills and adding to them. The North Shore Agency is now sending me a collection bill.

I was going to pay the bill online, but their web site is not found. Then I did a search on the company and found this site.

How do you know if anything is real these days?
