Complaint Review: North Shore Agency

I once subscribed to In Touch magazine, disliked it, and did not renew my subscription. I have not received an issue for at least a year.

Out of the clear blue sky, about a month ago, I got a form letter from North Shore Agency, Inc. telling me I owe them $38.74 for my unpaid In Touch magazine subscription. I attempted to call the phone number provided but was put on hold. After fifteen minutes, I gave up trying.

Today I received another form letter from this credit agency demanding that I pay them $38.74.

The money is not an issue for me. I am furious at having to spend my free time dealing with these people.
