Complaint Review: North Shore Agency

I received a collection letter from North Shore Agency.It stated that I owed Glamour Magazine 16.00 for an unpaid subscription.It told me that if I paid 16.00 my subscription would start immediately.The problem was that I do not even read Glamour magazine let alone subscribe to it.When I contacted the collection agency and ask them to provide proof of my subscription.They could not provide any proof.
