North Shore Agency NSA False Collection Notice Mt. Laurel New Jersey

I received an official looking USPS letter from NSA - North Shore Agency - stating my "Hunting" magazine account was placed with their office for collections for an in-full balance of $6.  To settle this matter, I should go to www.nsapay.com.  The threats of collection, even citing the pandemic as a reason I haven't paid, indicates I should explore options at www.northshoreagency.biz/TU0.

There is an "Important Consumer Notice" about disputing the charge and further notice for exemption for Service Members Civil relief Act.  I had received two free Hunting magazines which I never requested and never subscribed to. I noticed that this NSA business is on the New Jersey BBB site, though not accredited.

I have filed complaints with the USPS, the Montana Attorney General and the BBB in New Jersey.  I was unable to file complaints with the NJ AG, and there is not a method I can find to file a complaint with Hunting magazine.

It is not about the dollar amount, but the lying and threats. It seems they have moved fom New York to New Jersey to continue their scamming.
