North Star Alarm Services Deceptive business practices, Misrepresentation by Rep orem Utah
When the sales rep came to my door last night, He presented himself as being with SHS and told me that my control panel was due to be replaced/upgraded. I made the mistake of allowing the rep into my home and by the time he left he had cancelled my SHS security services and took it upon himself to "sell" me a Northstar system.
Now if this man had not misrepresented himself as an SHS agent, I would never have allowed him access and I definatly would not have purchased a new service contract.
Why would I trust a company like this, That lies and cheats, To protect my personal property?
