Complaint Review: North Star Financial Of Phoenix

My husband and I recieved a call about a guarranteed credit card for just a processing fee of $199. Sounded simple enough. Well after discussing it, we decided that was something we didn't want to do at that time.

My husband called and canceled days before the money was to come out of our account but they took it out any way. I called and they said that they would have the money back in our account in two days. We fought for 3 months to get our money back. We sent the letters requesting our money back like they asked us to. The last letter came back return to sender. To this day we still haven't gotten our money back. The phone number that you call says that we are not calling during business hours, all the time. Talk about your ripoffs.
