The company, in cooperation with Fragile Van Lines of LA, CA (who they hired to do my move without my consent or acknowledgement) moved my stuff 18 days late and proceeded to threaten me with driving off with my stuff. I had to call the police and have the police obseve the move until they were done.

The company was informed well in advance of the situation and I was guaranteed a move in day of July 15. I did not receive my belongings until August 2. Also, when the movers arrived, they were belligerant with me and they threatened to drive off with my stuff, forcing me to call the police to sort it out. All hotel expenses were from Houston, TX and I was told by Jay and Sean that multiple days would be covered.

Oh thanks a lot Sean. Perhaps you'd like to address all the other complaints against the other name your scam company goes by: Nationwide Moving Systems.

As of 3/11/2003 Nationwide Moving Systems did not have any legal authority to perform household goods moves, nor did it have any of the required insurance to obtain the required In their yellow page advertisement, Nationwide Moving Systems claims to be "insured and licensed", and targeted senior citizens with discounts(http://www.yellowpages-ads.com/01336082).

In May of 2003 the DOT ordered Nationwide Moving Systems to cease all interstate transportation
effective immediately. In the same month, Papers were filed with the Washington State Department of Licensing for "Northstar Van Lines" a moving company with Tanya Deri aspresident and Erik Deri as her spouse.

You're blacklisted dude...with good reason.

I would like to say that the customer was notified before she had left to on vacation and on the day of her move that the delivery will be made upon her return from vacation. She was told that she would have to wait 10-14 business days for delivery from the day she notified that she was ready for delivery. On top of that company owners also offered to pay for hotel and a cab fare for one night of stay in a hotel. Customer sent in the receipt of the hotel bill from a different state and a different date fromthe original date she stated. Customer lied before on taking a hotel room when she never did, and sent in an invoice from a different hotel in a different state then Houston Texas.
