NORTH TEXAS NISSAN Lewisville Bankston Nissan lied to me about North Texas Nissan ripoff Corinth Texas
I went to Lewisville Bankston Nissan to look at a Nissan Altima. The salesman I had did a good job until I told him that I was not buying and I wanted to look around some more. The salesman asked me if I could wait one minute while he went to go get his manager.
Immediately after introducing himself as "McAlister" he started to tell me about how bad North Texas Nissan was and how they lie and cheat all their customers. He pulled up ripoffreport.com to show me everything bad about them. He them asked me if I have had a bad experience with North Texas Nissan that I could report on ripoffreport.com or they could report it for me.
I started to feel a little uncomfortable with what they where doing so I told the I had a doctors appointment I had to go to. I was so turned off by the whole thing that I stopped at the Toyota place next door to them to look at a car. After almost buying a Toyota I decided I really wanted an Altima and left the Toyota place and went to North Texas Nissan.
What Lewisville Bankston Nissan told me could not be further from the truth. First off I met Jacob Piatt the best salesman I've ever had. I also spoke with the Nissan manager Chris as well as his boss Johnny. I felt so comfortable with these people I decided to go ahead and buy the vehicle. I told Chris and Johnny that I had been to the other Nissan place to see what they would do and they did not say one negative word about Lewisville Nissan.
The reason I am writing this on North Texas Nissan is to let everyone know that Lewisville Nissan is using this website to discourage potential buyers and sabatoge North Texas Nissan. I would'nt doubt if everything on this site about North Texas Nissan where put on here falsely by Lewisville Nissan.
Bottom line, why would one car lot talk bad about another car lot? Car salesman don't have the reputation for being humanitarians. Why would Lewisville Nissan care if I got a good deal or not? If you want to get a car with no "BS" go to North Texas Nissan.

Bankston Lewisville (Great Service)

I would like to provide you with my experience of Bankston Lewisville. I purchased a 2007 Nissan Versa that, in two years of driving 80 miles to work and back, I have racked up 57,000 miles without a single problem. In fact I still have the factory tires with another 3,000 miles estimated on them. Recently I discovered a tail light out on my car and found that I could not remove the lens cap to get to the bulb. I brought it into Nissan and they had five guys working on it very quickly. A very nice man named Randy decided that it was best to replace the entire light assembly when he found a crack in it. They did not charge me and were very quick in their service.
However, I did find that I was having problems with my cruise control once the work was completed. Two men (Joe Flores and Paul Francis) helped me find the problem. The wrong bulb had been used that caused the issue. They got right on the job and even though it was the day before Thanksgiving and they had a lot of work to do they fixed the problem within 30 minutes. Everyone makes mistakes but these guys did me right and were so nice that they gave me a free car wash, coupons for gas and apologized over and over for my inconvenience. I would say I would use these guys again but given the great service of the vehicle I don't expect to see them for another 50,000 miles! Great job guys, thanks for the excellent service! If every company had leadership like this there would be a lot less companies in trouble during the economic downturn.
Best wishes to all of you and thanks to Paul Berry for his consideration.
Thanks again to Paul Francis and Joe Flores!
Sincerely,
A very pleased Nissan Versa Owner!

Dont listen to a competitor when it comes to a sale. Its sad that they would go that far as bashing another company to get the sale. The two dealerships are within a few miles of each other and therefore there is a high amount of competition.
I highly recommend them and have purchased a car from them. I know of many other people locally that have purchased well over 100 cars total from North Texas Nissan and everyone has had GREAT customer service and many have bought time and again.

quite a shameless plug. I guess what's read about NTN is true and it's gotten so bad they have to come here to advertise.
