NORTH TEXAS NISSAN sold me a wrecked Mitsubishi Evolution VIII, but said it was in perfect condition (clean title and excellent condition), the day after i bought the car it was leaking pure gasoline out of the engine! I got it fixed, but NTN refused to pay for it. Month after month my car kept having more and more problems. Mitsu dealers have always speculated that my car was wrecked (saying that about a year of my cars record is missing & parts that should be there are not , but finally proved it by showing my where the frame of the car was separating from the unibody, how some of the body panels were repaired...and how there were non factory weld marks and putty that try to conceal it. They also found evidence of a complete repaint on the front bumper and fenders. Because of this Mitsubishi of America expired my factory warranty. It is estimated that it will be only drivable for another month! I've brought this up with them several times...BUT THEY STILL DON'T BELIEVE ME! I am in litigation with them under DTPA and Fraud.

They are also trying to sue me for a $4000 note that I DO NOT NEED TO PAY. They say that they have a promissory note I signed saying that I would give them an extra $4000...but have yet to show me this. i've called them about this several times, and they have no good explnation for this besides "you said you would." Upon researching this, I found out that they basically messed with my documents to make it look like they gave me $16500 for me trade (but they promised $17000), but in reality they gave me $12500. I know this is true because after 6 months of demanding for my original documents...I still have nothing. Let me reiterate that I HAVE NO PAPERWORK ON THE CAR I BOUGHT 6 MONTHS AGO! I just have the title receipt where it shows that my trade in was 16500...but the trade in had to be paid off for $10800...leaving me with a $5800 trade in...They messed with government documentsFRAUD!

here are more facts:
Evo total including ttl-$24700
REAL down-payment-$5800 (from the '16500' trade in)
finance amount-$22600ish
monthly payments-$397.55 @ 9.5%/72 months

I don't see a $4000 deficit??? Either does Nissan corporate, my financial advisor, the BBB (great record btw haha), or my lawyer. NTN also told me to make the check payable to THEM...not Nissan corporate. Hmmthat makes a lot of sense.

Furthermore, my trade in was co signed with someone else, and they never sent the paperwork to them to trade in the car

They also said my financing would be a 5.5%/60 months

LIARS!

TALK TO ANY CAR DEALER IN THE METROPLEX...THEY ALL KNOW WHAT A SCAM NTN RUNS! They are shady scam artists that deserve to shut down!
