I was charged $50.14, $35 of which was for late fees with only $15.14 for the actual toll charges. How can they charge more in late fees than the actual service charge itself?

This may be complicated and if you need to, find somebody to explain it to you by using pictures. I'll try to use simple words: When you get toll, you pay toll. You stop playing and you pay toll so you don't get late fee from those bad people.
