North Trail RV Center. I was rushed into this sale to the point I had to canceled a flight to Texas on the same day.
I was manipulated and unfairly treated, as I asked if this vechicle had a clean title or had been in an accident, and I was told not that they check the tade ins very good. I never thought such a reputable dealer will do that to me, but then again I am a woman and very easy to deceive. If I knew that this Rv was involved in an accident I will NOT had purchased, someone else's problem.

This RV Substantially Impared The use of an Recreational Vechicle. The a/c does not cool, the refrigirator does not cool, there's broken pieces inside, caused by the accident, but at the time I checked the RV this things were well glued or covered. I purchased this RV because health problems, I still have my almost brand new POP-UP trailer, still with a sold sign.

North Trail RV Mislead me. As the value of this RV and its resale Value is impared. I want them to reconcider and come on with a fair price and to return to me what's missing. Since all I have to fix and it will never be the same. I thank you in advance for your help as this is really bad business and I feel I was used and lie to. None of my e-mails have been answered. Please Help.

Facts concerning motorhome sale

#2UPDATE Employee

Fri, September 10, 2004

Regarding her being rushed into the sale, we specifically told her not to cancel her flight to Texas. We told her she could take delivery after she returned from Texas. She voluntarily canceled her trip to Texas.

Her motorhome had a clean title. We do not sell RV's without clean titles.

She was not manipulated or treated unfairly. Just the opposite is true. She did ask if the unit had ever been in an accident. We told her to the best of our knowledge it had not been. The sales consultant who helped her and sold her the unit even came in on a Sunday ( the day we normally are closed) to help accomodate her schedule. She fully inspected and test drove the motorhome at that time. She indicated afterwards that she wanted to purchase the unit.

The award-winning professionals in our service department did a full inspection of her motorhome. We then had our detail team throughly clean the motorhome. Lastly, our Delivery Coordinator gave her our standard customer orientation on her motorhome.

She seem very happy with her purchase at the time of delivery. She stated afterwards on June 16, 2004 in an e-mail to us that she liked the way business was conducted here at North Trail RV Center.

She even purchased an extended warranty to protect her investment in the future.

We communicated properly with her through the entire process via e-mails and telephone calls. Never was she ignored or not properly answered.

Our most important form of advertising is word of mouth. We would never attempt to unfairly or maliciously manipulate any customer.

It is a shame that she feels we mistreated her. We dealt with her fairly and honestly.
