NORTH TRAIL RV tried to sell me a motor home with a bad trans.....all the sales dept. and service dept. knew of the problem. They [the sales staff and service manager ] all assured me that it shifts fine. Little did they know it's a small world and two different employees are friends . FT MYERS Florida
#4095 2001 Mountain Aire ..Was a great deal 50,000 out the door. After a week of looking around , i got my family together and headed up to North Trail to take a test ride. On the way I called a friend that works there to ask him about the rv and I didn't get an answer.....while taking the test ride the trans would chatter in 1st gear..then shift into 2nd and the chatter would stop and the rest of the gears where ok .....well I've been a gear head my whole life...the sales men ..all of them that where working that day and one of the service managers assured me..over and over the trans is just fine...Well I told them NO DEAL ..I don't care what any of you *** MONKEYS say ...do any of you own a class a diesel pusher NO NONE OF YOU ...on my way home my friend who did'nt answer before called and I explained what went on ..he asked was it stock #4095 yes how did you know? EVERYONE KNOWS THAT IT HAS A BAD TRANS...everyone yes ...sales and service .....I am never going back ...
