I scheduled a move with Javier for June 30th at 3pm over a month earlier, and was charged $200 as a deposit. On July 29th, I received a confirmation call from Rafael. I then received another call from him asking if they could reschedule my move to July 2nd. I told them that my lease ended on June 30th and that I could not reschedule. He said that the truck would come at 6pm on June 30th.

The truck never showed up. I called Rafael, who then told me that I had to reschedule to July 2nd because his drivers were overbooked. Even after pleading with him AND one of the drivers, they still refused to come.

At that point, I checked online and found the reports of this company's tendency to overcharge and hold people's belongings ransom. I ended up having to make the move by myself, and after two weeks of repeatedly calling and asking for my $200 deposit to be refunded, Amir (the owner) did send me a check in the mail.

I feel lucky that I found the reports on ripoffreport.com before this SCAMMING company got hold of all my belongings. Please DO NOT trust them at all.
