Northcoast Umbrellas takes money for orders of umbrellas and never delivers them or gives any explanation Cleveland Ohio
I went to a flower show in Chicago, Il and they were selling the umbrellas. We decided to buy one they said it takes 4 to 6 weeks for us to receive them. This was in the year of 2002. when i didnt receive the item I called and the man said that they were having problem inporting them and to call back in 2 weeks. I did and found the phone number no longer any good and didn't know what to do. we paid a lot of money and I had a baby 2 months later and could of used that money for something more important. If someone could please tell me what to do to I would be very happy.
