BEWARE OF NORTHCREEK Place 1 and Shawnee Management, INC….RUN THE OTHER WAY! This is the WORST property management company I have come across in 30+ years of real estate dealings. They took over a well run building and within one year ran off 2 food vendors and is doing the same with their tenants. In the TEXAS SUMMER HEAT we were deprived of both adequate air conditioning and professional communications. They refused to make timely or professional repairs leaving their tenants to swelter over a 3 month period. Not knowing they were so uncaring and inept, I extended my lease term for a year and have an executed NEW lease stating I was fully entitled to the refund of my security deposit, which they later kept more than HALF of. Don’t believe a word they say & don’t be surprised if they only want to show you units after hours or on weekends when there aren’t any tenants around to warn you!
