These people hired a lot of people, for a relatively high hourly wage, supposedly to "set up" a system that is a part of their sales procedure.  They "hire" around 25-30 people, and then repeatedly warn against SNIOP - "Susceptible to the Negative Influences of Other People" - in order to keep their new hires in line.  In reality, what they really want from their "new hires" are their friends and family as prospects.

After the "training," they have what they actually call "Friends and Family weekend" during which their new hires will try and sell their product to friends and family.  It makes for a lot of sales, as the new hire's family and friends find it difficult to say "no" to the person who is embarking on their new "career."  After that, they send their new hires out on calls with people who, unsuspectingly, sent in cards asking for information about cleaning up their indoor air pollution.  Those calls, however, rarely go well.

People generally feel misled and deceived, often taking their anger out on the person who is "setting up the display" in their home.  Meanwhile, the sales person, per se, is at a safe distance, calling in on the phone.  Northern Aire is simply using (and abusing) the people who they claim to be hiring in order to gain sales leads via their family and friends.  Stay far, far away from there crooks.

I sat through two days of their "training" and then walked away, sparing myself the stress that they put on people who they are alledgely hiring, however, KI later learned from two of my would-be co-workers, who was pressured into staying with the training - they ended up with less than half of their "new hires" actually finishing their so-called training program - how they were misused and abused by Northern Aire.

Please do not be fooled by how a Christian music radio station is playing when you arrive for your "job interivew."  These people are crooks who just want to use you, and then toss you aside.  Their "job offer: is bogus.  They know that you, as well as all of your other new hires, will be gone within weeks, however, hopefully only after you have sold one of their systems to your family and/or friends.
