Northern Arizona Wind & Sun Sold me an out of stock product twice & didn't inform me until the next day
On 2 different occasions I have made a purchase from this company's website and BOTH times, the next day, I received an email stating the item was out of stock. This is unacceptable. This company needs to do a better job of making sure items that are not in stock are not permitted to be purchased online. I am the Office Manager for an electrical company & the electrician I work for needed these items both times as soon as possible. When David Lauzon, a representative of the company, didn't email us until the next business day to inform us the product was out of stock, I then had to scurry to try to find it from another website, making us even one day further out from receiving the product.
This happened on 3/22/18 (I ordered (10) mini rib brackets, and was emailed by David Lauzon on 3/23/18 that they were out of stock & asked if I wanted to wait or be refunded (I chose a refund). Yes, they had already charged our credit card!
This happened a second time on 5/21/18 when I ordered a Xantrex 50' communication cable. On 5/22/18 I was emailed by David Lauzon stating they were out of stock & the item would not be shipped for 5-7 business days.
There will be no third time. I will never shop from this website again. Only two times I have ever attempted to order from this company and neither time were they able to deliver. If you are going to allow customers to make purchases on products you do not have in stock, the least you can do is call us within the hour of purchase to let us know it is not available.
