Complaint Review: Northern Auto Group - Planet Auto Mall

First time purchasing a car from these idiots. Came to an agreement to purchase the car on Monday morning told the sales person Andre I will pick up the car Saturday morning. Guess what, Saturday morning comes and the car still sits on the lot not even touched.

Ask Andre is the car cleaned and waxed ready to go? He said, "Yes!" Lied through his teeth.

After sitting down and waited for over 6 hours to get the paperwork done, I found out there are a bunch of HIDDEN fees that cannot be eliminated. That is another $2000 on top of the agreed price. So I went with it, got this far already so did not want to walk out empty handed.

Went outside to get the car and saw Andre (the sales person washing the car. The sales person!!)

I had to wait another hour for him to get everything all done. Wouldn't even gas the car for me (it was running on empty) until I gave him a hard time, came back with barely a gallon.

Ready to go home, I checked the car for everything, found out the floor mats, cd changer magazine and owner's manual are missing. Told Andre, he said that he will find it, waited another 30 minutes and he comes back and say the guy who has the key to the storage has left. "Please give me until Monday I will call you and mail them out via Fedex." "I wouldn't mess with you, I took care of you from the beginning."

Monday comes and not a ring. Called him up and he said the guy will not come in. He has a baby.

So I waited another week and called him and he said that the car did not come with them. I told him that I saw the mats in the truck, and he said that it was stolen. For the cd magazine you can buy it for $30 at the dealer.

Never ever purchase a car from these people. The general manager named Allen was also rude and ignorant.
