Northern Auto Group - Planet Auto Mall scammed, ripped off and fraudulent fees Long Islang City New York
Whatever you do avoid buying from these clowns. My Fiance was a 1st time buyer from this establishment and got scammed out of several thousands of dollars. literally fees on top of hidden fees on top of hidden fees.
The sales managers and owners (Geeta & Kinney Galani, Davian Velez, Imran Khan, Robert Savage and Jay) are dishonest, unprofessional and lack customer service skills. They had my fiance finance through a bank that deals with them M&T Bank (another bank with serious problems) and signed off on all the insurance w/ a high premium and deductible as well.
They basically swindled her into high monthly payments for a car that's worth half at best. I have contacted others who have been scammed by these clowns and these dealers are also in the process of being sued by BMW, and other law firms.
Folks..before buying a car. Do your due diligence and research dealers in good standing w/ a clean history and good customer service, but whatever you do stay away from KG Suzuki, Planet Auto Mall and Planet Auto Land in Long Island City NY. Thank you.

This dealer in no way ripped me off when I purchased my vehicle. I had nothing but a great experience when I purchased my car. They were fair, honest, and forthcoming. There was no "fine print" or "bait & switching" like they have mentioned. My car has a clean title, no damage whatsover, and rides like it was brand new. The management was very polite and helped me with all my questions and concerns. The price I was quoted was the price I paid. No surprises whatsover. This is a good dealer that is getting a bad name because of people with bad credit who couldnt get approved. Talk about sour pusses.

Klaus, you are not alone. Even I got scammed by this clowns! I cancelled my extended warranty within a month of purchasing. They guaranteed that I would get my refund in few weeks.
Well, guess what, that was so long ago..back in Sept '08. Today is a new year and I don't have my refund yet. Hey, I tried to call Kinney, Jay, or Robert but, each time I do, the receptionist would tell me they're on a meeting....each time!
